Booty building in the kitchen with the help of @1stPhorm protein!. . For an easy afternoon snack I blended some frozen berries , a little bit of almond milk and a scoop of my Level 1 Vanilla Ice Cream flavored protein. . It's a super quick and easy treat that helps to curb my appetite while giving me the essentials to build muscle. . Rare photo wearing a shirt this trip 🤓 Love repping my @1stphorm gear on vacation! My long tee was perfect for cruising on the boat around beautiful Santorini today. 🚤 Wearing my gym clothes is about as workout as it's gotten on this trip. (That and dancing) haha. I'm definitely feeling guilty…. but… Tomorrow I begin traveling back home.
